Between Halloween yesterday & Georgia/Florida tomorrow, we're taking it easy this Friday! So, it's the perfect time to recap some of our beauty favorites. We'll be back next week with brand new picks!

I love makeup. I also love animals, so I try to only buy brands that are NOT animal tested (like Kevin.Murphy hair products!) Enter FLOWER. Created by Drew Barrymore to provide high-quality cosmetics at a lower price point, the line is made in the USA and never animal tested. I am OBSESSED with the Zoom-In Ultimate Mascara- it has an adjustable wand so you can create thickness, volume & length all with the same tube!

New makeup is my favorite pick me up & Urban Decay is my absolute go-to brand. I'm obsessed with their foundation, eyeshadow & eyeliner. I can't even remember how I lived without the NAKED palette! Their latest eyeshadow palette, VICE 2, is packed with high- impact colors in fall ready shades, as well as on-trend metallics.

There is no easier way to change your look for a new season than switching your lipstick! Nars Pure Matte Lipstick in Volga practically screams Fall. And, unlike that new coat you've been eying,  you won't have to wait to wear it until the temperature drops!

I'm pretty skeptical when it comes to skin care products that promise miraculous results. A client recommended NeriumAD to me, and once I tried it I was totally hooked. It makes my skin look amazing, and who doesn't want that?

The Pageboy staff attended an industry night earlier in the week & local freelance makeup artist, Jeni Smith, presented fall makeup trends. Everyone there was obsessed with this show-stopping red lip, straight from the Kenneth Cole Fall 2013 runway! She used 2 lip liners, Cherry & Vino, along with cult classic Ruby Woo lipstick, all from MAC to create the look. I can't wait to try it out this weekend!

Once I find a perfume I love, I tend to be very loyal. I wore "Stella" by Stella McCartney forever,  and recently had a fling with Chloe' L'Eau de Chloe'. I hadn't thought about Estee Lauder in ages, but a display of the newest fragrance, Modern Muse, caught my eye on a recent trip to Ulta.  One sniff & I was hooked- not sweet at all, just... yummy. I've gotten tons of compliments since I started wearing it, too!

I have a hard time resisting a new Essie collection. There's always a new color that I just have to have...  this time it's Sable Collar. Just as luxurious as the name sounds, this lush, cocoa plum shade with a hint-of-pearlescense polish is unlike anything else in my collection. The shade is perfectly neutral and yet still completely eye-catching!

As a makeup artist, I'm always looking for the best products & Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliners are my absolute favorite. These super pigmented liners give long-lasting results & the brush application gives you total control. Basic black is always the go-to shade, but for Fall I love this Ivy Shimmer.

A perfectly made up face begins with great brows. Not only do they frame your eyes- they can totally change your look depending on the shape & thickness. I suggest starting with a great professional shaping (you can book online with me 24/7) and then using a brow liner to fill in any spareness & create definition. Clinique's Superfine Liner will ensure your brows always look natural & never harsh or overdone!

Kevin.Murphy Color.Bugs are a quick & easy way to have fun with color. And while I like the pink, purple, orange, white and neon options, I prefer the slightly more sophisticated Shimmer version. On brunette hair, Color.Bug Shimmer creates a bronzy, highlighted effect, which catches the light beautifully. On blonde locks, the effect is more rosegold in tone, creating depth & shine. And, since all Kevin.Murphy products are crafted with the highest quality ingredients, you can use it as an eyeshadow as well!
